GOD'S HAND again

HISTORY
Lynn learned his craft on a backyard pitch built by his father Col and the upbringing had the ultimate payday with his selection in the Australian T20 side for three matches against England.
The 23-year-old Brisbane Heat and Queensland batsman will use the games as an audition for the T20 World Cup in Bangladesh in March.
Lynn has been on the radar of national selectors for some time and his turbo-charged hitting for the Heat this season, with 197 runs at a strike rate of 148, have sealed the deal.

Lynn has at times looked like a baseball-hitter with his innovative cross-batted swats targeting straight boundaries in T20 cricket this season.
Lynn has never played baseball but would be a natural at the sport. No cricket ground is able to contain his huge hits swatted from his powerful forearms.
The right-hander endured a painful season last year with a seriously injured testicle but has been back with a bang for the Heat.
The Heat had three players named in the Australian T20 squad on with teammates Ben Cutting and Dan Christian to join Lynn for the T20 international series against the Poms, starting on January 29.
ANOTHER HISTORY
In Indian Premier League cricket there is a match between kkr kolkatha and rc bangalore at sharja stadium Dubai on 24th apr 2014. At last over RCB needs 9 runs to win The first  three balls only one run each Fourth ball bouler Vinaykumar  bouled  batsmaan Abe D Villiers flighted into six But at boundry  line it is incredibly acrobatically amazingly cought by Chriss Lynn.Fifth ball 2 run  and 6th ball 1 run Finally what happened is RCB lost the match in cup and lip
THE saying “catches win matches” has again been proven by Queensland’s Chris Lynn, who produced a stunning piece of fielding to lift his side to a victory in the Indian Premier League.
Playing for the Kolkata Knight Riders, Lynn top scored with 45 from 31 balls, including three sixes, to help his team set a defendable total of 7 for 150 from their 20 overs.
Australian paceman Mitchell Starc took 2-33 off his four overs for Royal Challengers Bangalore.
However, it was the catch Lynn took on the third last ball of the match that people will remember.
Lynn slipped as he tried to settle under a ball hoicked to the onside by AB de Villiers, but managed to recover to take the catch at full stretch overhead and somehow still stay inside the boundary rope.

With top photo agencies boycotting the IPL, Lynn's catch can only be found in video recordings. There will be no Rhodes-like photographs that shall record it for posterity. It was truly an acrobatic effort, but what made it extra special was a 'slip' as the burly Aussie lined himself up to pouch a De Villiers skier. In spite of slipping, Lynn recovered and balanced well on his hunches, kept his eyes on the ball, arched backwards and held on to the ball, doing well to avoid the ropes. There are diving catches, running backwards catches, against the light catches and there are reflex catches. Lynn's effort was a sum total all of these.

Chriss Lynn in Action

His action is attractive and he has a good fielding record.May  he be the worlds  best fielder after South Africa's Johnty Rhodes

Rhodes, who is the fielding coach of reigning Indian Premier League (IPL) champions Mumbai Indians, said his opinion of Indian fielders not being up to it has changed.

"You see the current Indian team and it is full of brilliant fielders, not afraid to dive around. The Sri Lankans have always been agile fielders but in recent years the Indians and Pakistanis have taken their standard of fielding to a new level," Rhodes told the IPL's official website ahead of the seventh edition of the event starting from Wednesday.
